A recent repair

Parquet next to built-in kitchen cabinets had come loose. We lifted the pieces, spread fresh adhesive, relaid them and sanded them flush, then varnished the area so the repair blends into the rest of the floor.

Why a downtown-only parquet team

The Downtown Core is Singapore's business district, but it's also home to about 5,000 residents in high-rise condos such as The Sail, Marina One Residences, Icon and Duo Residences. Almost every job here means a management permit, a booked service lift and fixed working hours.

Because all our jobs are downtown, we know how the buildings here work, from the condos on Enggor Street to the shophouses around Telok Ayer and the offices in Raffles Place. That means less time on paperwork and on the road, and more available dates for you.

Frequently asked questions

Which areas do you cover?

All 13 subzones of the Downtown Core: Raffles Place, Marina Centre, Bayfront, Central (Marina Bay), City Hall, Bugis, Tanjong Pagar, Anson, Cecil, Maxwell, Phillip, Clifford Pier and Nicoll.

Do you work in offices, shops and restaurants?

Yes. Many of our downtown jobs are commercial. We plan noisy work around your business hours where the building allows it, and quote after a site visit.

How much does parquet repair cost?

Repairs are quoted after we see the floor, because it depends on how many pieces are loose or damaged. Polishing starts from $350 for a single bedroom and $1,300 for a whole apartment of about 900 sq ft.

How long does it take?

Small repairs take 2 to 4 hours. Polishing usually takes 1 day, and a full sanding of three bedrooms about 2 days. You can walk on the floor in socks 12 to 24 hours after the last coat.

Is it dusty?

Our sanders are connected to dust extractors and we tape off doorways. Some fine dust is normal, and we clean up before we leave.

Want your parquet fixed and looking new again?

Send 3 or 4 photos of your floor on WhatsApp and get a price, usually the same day.
