Parquet Repair in Downtown Singapore (Loose, Hollow & Popped Pieces)
Timber floors in the city work hard: aircon running all day, sun through floor-to-ceiling glass, and heavy foot traffic in offices and shops. Over time the adhesive lets go, pieces sound hollow, gaps open up or boards lift. We lift the loose pieces, clean the base, re-glue them and replace any that are cracked or rotten.

How a job works
- WhatsApp us 3 or 4 photos of the floor, including a close-up and any damaged spots, plus your condo or building and the rooms you want done.
- Get a price. We reply with an estimate the same day, or visit within 1 to 3 days to measure and tap-test.
- Book a date. Jobs usually start 3 to 7 days after you confirm. We tell you what your management office needs.
- We sand, fill and varnish, with dust extraction and doors taped off.
- Inspect together and pay by PayNow or bank transfer once you're happy.
Before we arrive
- Get the renovation permit from your management office and book the service lift.
- Clear small items, rugs and anything fragile from the rooms.
- Tell us if you need help moving beds, wardrobes or office furniture.
- Let us know about any leaks, termite history or areas that sound hollow.
- Keep pets and children out of the rooms during sanding and drying.
Aftercare
Repaired pieces will look cleaner than the rest of the floor until the whole room is sanded and varnished. Many customers book repair and polishing together.

Frequently asked questions
Why is my parquet popping up?
Usually the adhesive has aged, or moisture has got under the floor from a leak, a window or the bathroom. Timber swells when wet and pushes pieces up. Big swings between aircon and open windows make it worse.
Can you match my existing timber?
We carry common species such as teak, oak, nyatoh and merbau. For rare or very old timber we try to salvage pieces from inside wardrobes or under fixed furniture.
Do I need to polish after repair?
It's optional, but polishing the room afterwards makes the repaired pieces blend in.
Can you repair engineered timber?
Yes. Damaged engineered boards are cut out and replaced with matching boards where they are still available. We check the board type and thickness first.
